Honest, hard working, and direct. They didn't try to upsell me or cheat me on any way. In fact the bill at the end was $300 less than the estimate they gave me. I wish there were more people like these guys!

Great customer service!! I called at 745 am for a problem, they came out at noon, diagnosed the problem and replaced my pressure pump on the spot!

My well quit pumping Friday late afternoon. Called Parker Bros that evening they showed up early Saturday morning and I had water by 10 am. Friendly, fast, and reasonable.

Very helpful on phone. We thought we needed a new well and the gentleman on the phone told us something to try first. We are going to try it today. Even though I don't know if this will help us, he didn't try to make money drilling us a new well instead he's trying to help us for free. Great customer service!! BTW they drilled the well we have.

I called Friday morning they was at our home in less then and hour and had everything done and up in running by the following hour!…My husband and I could tell they knew what they was doing the moment they started working..downside the part was expensive…But we couldn’t ask for faster more professional service! I am very pleased with the service I received from Parker Bros. They came out right away, I called them as soon as they opened. Both Gregg and his partner were very helpful in explaining what was wrong and needed to be done. They worked quickly to fix the issues and I was very pleased with their service and conversation. Both guys were very kind and down to earth.
